Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how Nexa Core Tech LLC (“Aqura”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and stores personal data that you submit through getaqura.com.
1. What we collect
From the consultation form: your name, work email, company website, the markets you sell to, a short description of your ideal customers (optional) and your WhatsApp number (optional).
Technical data: UTM tags from the link you followed, the page address and referring page, and the time of submission. We do not store your IP address — only a one-way hash of it, used to limit repeated submissions.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange the consultation.
- To keep a record of requests we receive.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work — only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Legal basis
We process form data to take steps you ask for before a possible contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
4. Who processes data for us
- Supabase — stores form submissions.
- Telegram — notifies our team about a new request.
- Netlify — hosts the website.
- Google Analytics — visit statistics, only after you click “Accept”.
- Cal.com or Calendly — if you book a call through the embedded calendar.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Our team and these providers may process data outside your country.
5. How long we keep it
Up to 3 years from submission, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Cookies
The site works without cookies. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics loads only after you accept cookies in the banner; advertising features are disabled. You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] — we reply within one month at the latest. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK or the PDPC in Singapore.
8. Changes
The current version of this policy is always available on this page.
